With over 15 years experience as a specialist in business transformations, Charles has a thorough understanding of the psychology of people and organisations. He has lead organisations across multiple sectors (including ASX top 50 listed companies) in Australia and overseas on their journey from ‘zero to hero’.
Charles is a hands-on strategist and takes pleasure in executing strategies whilst building capability within teams. Charles brings an integrated approach to people, process, technology, and environment and has always generated tangible results including: improvements in culture, leadership and service; reduction in costs; and reduction in risks and points of failure.
Whilst challenges may be complex, and solutions detailed, at the core of Charles’ approach to change management and business transformation is always a focus on stakeholder engagement and clear communication – to deliver robust solutions that stick.
